Elaine is the Founder of All Ethos, a Traverse City based growth strategy advisory & consulting firm that she launched in 2024. Elaine brings 20 years of business experience, with the last 10 years spent working in growth, innovation, and brand strategy at firms in Chicago and Ann Arbor.  

A passionate and ever-curious foresight strategist + certified futurist, Elaine’s approach to growth is rooted in future studies, which empowers her clients to envision where their ecosystem is heading. She has her MBA from The University of Chicago and her BS from Penn State in Operations & Supply Chain Management.

Elaine is a start-up advisor, board member, youth coach, avid runner, and proud mother of two. Elaine and her family could not be more thankful to have found their home in TC, a place that fuels creativity, community, and connectivity to the outdoors.
